Deputy President of the DPM; MP in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova
President of Women’s Organization within the DPM, former Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family; she is sensitive to the problems of vulnerable people and decisive in imposing solutions for them, in spite of the difficulties the State copes with. She is admired by her colleagues.
She was born on September 2, 1961 in Horeşti village, Făleşti rayon. She graduated in 1983 the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “N:Testemiţeanu”, pharmacy specialty, and in 2004 – the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova, Master in Public Administration. She is married, has two children.
She started her professional career as main pharmacist in the Rayon Hospital from Făleşti. Subsequently she worked successively as Head of Division in the Ministry of Health, Head of Laboratory in the National Institute of Pharmacy, Head of Department of Health Insurance of the International Company QBE Asito. In 2005, she was elected Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, and in 2009 – she was appointed Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family. Since 2014 she is Member of the RM Parliament.
She was awarded the "Order of Honor ".
